Do you have a minimum order requirement?

DayJewel is a wholesale-focused supplier. While single-item orders are technically supported, they often lead to higher per-unit shipping and handling costs. For best value and efficiency, we recommend purchasing multiple pieces per style or in bulk quantities.

Note: Orders that are too small or fragmented may be reviewed and canceled, with a refund issued. In such cases, our team will recommend more cost-effective wholesale options.

Can I cancel my order?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated by destination, shipping method, and billing weight.

Billing weight uses the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, and most routes use a first-weight plus additional-weight tier model.

Economy sea freight is typically available only after the route minimum billing weight is reached (commonly 10kg).

Some products tagged as free_shipping can unlock free Standard Shipping after the tagged-items subtotal reaches the threshold in eligible countries. This does not apply to all methods (for example, Express and Sea).

How long does delivery take?

Processing usually takes 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Typical transit windows are around 7-15 business days for Standard, 3-6 business days for Express, and 20-45 business days for Economy Sea, depending on destination.
