Acceptable methods

We accept the following methods of payment:

Currency

We accept pretty much all mainstream currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, MXN, BRL. If your currency is not listed, please contact support@dayjewel.com and we will provide a solution.

How to pay

Credit Card users: Please select "Credit Card" at checkout and enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder name, and billing address.

PayPal users: Please select "PayPal" at checkout. You can log in with your PayPal account, or pay safely as a guest if you do not have one.

Solutions to a failed checkout

If you are unable to pay with your debit or credit card:

• Make sure all information is correct, including card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
• Check your account balance for available funds.
• Check whether your card is authorized, or whether your online payment limit is too low.
• Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
• Try incognito mode or a different browser/device.
• Create a new order instead of retrying the same one repeatedly.
• If payment is still declined, contact your bank. Some banks block international payments by default unless approved by the cardholder.

If you are unable to pay with PayPal:

• Check with PayPal whether your account has a transaction limit.
• Under PayPal rules, shipping address and billing address should be in the same country.
• Try incognito mode or a different browser/device.
• If PayPal still does not work, try paying with your debit or credit card.

Security

At DayJewel, we take your privacy seriously and the payment process is secure.

• We use an SSL certificate with encryption algorithms to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Your personal details are protected and credit card information is not stored on our servers.
• Each transaction is verified with the card network, and CVV verification is required before an order is completed.
